All of our breads and pastries are hand-crafted daily and baked on-site. The traditional long-fermentation process of mixing, resting, folding, proofing, shaping, retarding, scoring and baking can take up to 30 hours from beginning-to-end. We take no shortcuts, so we can provide you with the most flavorful and beautiful loaves and the most delicate pastries!
Our ingredient and vendor selection reflects our deep commitment to supporting local agriculture and farmers who use organic and regenerative agricultural practices. We are active learners and contributors in the greater baking community and are committed to rebuilding the grain economy in the Hudson Valley and the Northeast.

Community Supported Bakehouse (CSB)
A CSB is a unique type of subscription program that fosters a direct connection between artisan bakers and the community they serve.
When subscribers commit to purchasing baked goods on a regular basis, they receive discounted pricing, while helping to create a secure and predictable market for the bakehouse and minimize food waste and lost revenue from products that might otherwise go unsold. This, in turn, allows us to create strong partnerships with local farmers that foster a more sustainable food system.
By subscribing to our CSB, you are not only indulging in delicious baked goods, but your commitment makes you an integral part of reviving the traditions behind baking fresh bread, and the restoration of grain production in the Hudson Valley.
